This type of appliance serves to ankle joint fixation at dorsiflexion. The basic element is a neoprene band that is fastened round the shank circularly over the ankles and ended with Velcro fastener. In the front part, there is a textile band that is fastened at 90° angle in the front part of the circular tape, the other end of the shoe is fastened in requested position of the ankle joint and hereby it prevents the foot of falling into the plantiflexion. Length of the rubber band can be adjusted up to individual type of shoe.

• peroneal nerve pareses of different ethilogy and different grades
• disorganization of ankle muscle fixation
• postoperative states of ankle with disorganization of dorsiflexion
