The orthesis is made of one-part fabric of sandwich type. The belt is conically reduced in the abdominal part, it passes into textile-rubber stripes and is fastened by Velcro on the abdomen and chest. Four metal spring stiffeners, which are inserted into the textile fabric on the rear side, serve to increase rigidity of the orthesis. In the upper part of the orthesis there are two added textile layers to be placed into the arm-pit.

• contusion of lumbar and thoracic spine, lumbar and lower thoracic region
• slight distortion of lower thoracic and lumbar spine
• ribs contusion
• states after healed fractures of lower thoracic and lumbar vertebrae
• postoperative states of lower thoracic and lumbar spine
• vertebral algic syndrome of thoracic and lumbar spine
• slight instabilities of lower thoracic and lumbar spine
• spinal olisthesis
