Next appliance serves to patellar fixation and affection solution in the area of patella. The basic part is a strip of three-layer textile fabric that is reinforced by plastic moulded pelotte in the front part. The strip is put under the patellar apex and circularly enlaced round the upper part of the calf, close under the knee to pull the ligamentum patellae and consequently change ratio of the patellofemoral jointing. The orthesis is designed especially for young and middle aged patients and particularly for sportsmen.
