Rigid fixation orthesis of shoulder joint consists of two parts. Part one serves to hang the arm, part two to pull down the arm to the body and at the same time together with the forearm and the wrist. Both of parts are coupled by Velcro. The way how to enlace the arm, elbow and forearm, ensures high-quality fixation and perfect shoulder joint release. Next advantage of the orthesis is its perfect airiness, very good access to potential skin wounds in the area of shoulder girdle.

• states after shoulder joint luxations
• tears of the supraspinatus muscle
• AC luxation of grade I

• acute and chronic joint capsulitis and tendinitis in the area of shoulder joint
• acute and chronic rotator cuff syndromes
• conservative therapy after undisplaced fractures of the end of humerus
